Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Payroll Specialist with expertise in labor-related tasks, including E and EA forms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Payroll Panda and PandaDoc. Experience with tasks related to LHDN, such as stamping and tax payments, is required. Responsibilities will also include the issuance and receipt of documents (contracts, invoices, etc.) and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage labor-related tasks, including handling E and EA forms.

2. Utilize Payroll Panda and PandaDoc for payroll processing and documentation.

3. Perform tasks related to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), including stamping duties and tax payments.

4. Issue and receive documents, such as contracts and invoices.

5. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,732.38 - RM3,718.88 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
