  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking customer service representative to join the team. As part of the call center, you will assist customers with their inquiries, solve issues, handle complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Send follow-up emails to customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (ability to use email and customer service systems).
  • Ability to work night shifts, as the job requires a rotation of 1-2 weeks of night shifts per month (Night allowances will be provided weekly).

Shift Hours:

  • 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin/Cantonese (Required)
