  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Job Scope:

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office and to base at HQ/ branchers / other sites.

QS

  • Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director/Senior Team Leader [SATD/ATD/STL].
  • Assists SATD/ATD/STL in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
  • Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
  • Assist in preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities.
  • Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by SATD/ATD/STL/TL.

M&E

  • Analysing M&E drawings.
  • Taking-off quantities from M&E drawings.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities for M&E Scope.
  • Cost Estimating for M&E.
  • Prepare tender documents for M&E works.
  • Evaluate claims and variations for M&E works.
  • Finalise account for M&E scope.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying / Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent.

2. Preferably with proven track record in M&E documentation, estimating and costing.

3. Sound knowledge of M&E/Building Services design criteria.

4. With relevant working experience in Consultancy Firm or Contractor.

5. Independent and a self-starter.

6. Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

7. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
