- Purchase goods or materials in line with operation needs and projects
- Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
- Prepare and raise purchase order, purchase voucher and order schedules
- Maintaining procurement records
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
- Negotiating price changes with suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Performs other related duties as directed
