  • Ensure that record-keeping and accounts meet the conditions
  • Purchase goods or materials in line with operation needs and projects
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
  • Prepare and raise purchase order, purchase voucher and order schedules
  • Maintaining procurement records
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
  • Negotiating price changes with suppliers
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Performs other related duties as directed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
