Wadap Empire Cleaning Services is a growing cleaning service provider specializing in residential and office cleaning around Seberang Jaya and Bertam. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to help us expand our customer base and grow our brand online.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential customers (homeowners, offices, property managers, etc.).

- Build relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.

- Prepare and present customized service packages to potential clients.

- Follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

- Manage and create engaging content for social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).

- Monitor and analyze ad performance to optimize lead generation.

- Engage with potential customers via social media and respond to inquiries.

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

- Experience in sales or digital marketing (cleaning industry experience is a plus!).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

- Ability to create engaging social media content.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Own transport (preferred for meeting clients).
