Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Client Onboarding & Events:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of onboarding events for clients.
  • Support the team in setting up event materials, presentations, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Engage with clients during onboarding sessions, providing necessary information and assistance.
  • Ensure post-event follow-ups and compile feedback for process improvements.

Customer Support & End-User Enquiries:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from end users via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services and platforms.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
  • Maintain records of user inquiries and resolutions to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client onboarding events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in event coordination or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for managing inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have basic knowledge using Canva or any editing apps is a plus.
