Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Client Onboarding & Events:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of onboarding events for clients.
- Support the team in setting up event materials, presentations, and other necessary arrangements.
- Engage with clients during onboarding sessions, providing necessary information and assistance.
- Ensure post-event follow-ups and compile feedback for process improvements.
Customer Support & End-User Enquiries:
- Handle incoming inquiries from end users via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services and platforms.
- Assist users with troubleshooting basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
- Maintain records of user inquiries and resolutions to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client onboarding events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in event coordination or customer service roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for managing inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have basic knowledge using Canva or any editing apps is a plus.
