Accounting Support:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Upload payment transactions to the bank system.
- Support monthly account reconciliation and reporting.
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, or similar) is an advantage.
- Experience in bank reconciliations and handling payment uploads is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verba
