Accounting Support:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Upload payment transactions to the bank system.
  • Support monthly account reconciliation and reporting.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience in bank reconciliations and handling payment uploads is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verba

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
