Maintenance & Facilities Officer
JOB SUMMARY
· To perform general building upkeep and conduct regular routines of preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain all the records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure all technical and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.
· Follow through on all issues raised until all parties involved are satisfied.
· Carry out daily check and maintenance for building amenities.
- Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the building and ensures all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal disruption and inconvenience;
· Maintain and repair all the common area properties & facilities.
· Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.
· Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.
· Carry our other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
· Manage all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes and system efficiently and effectively for our client.
· Manage the compliance of services contractors in accordance to maintenance work plan and standards.
· Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security and safety.
· Monitor and review all contracts/agreements with contractors, vendors, suppliers, tenants and consultants for building maintenance, cleaning, security and safety and all related works.
· Prepare SOA and follow-up timely with all the tenants.
- To attend to tenant's complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
· Minimum SPM/ Professional Certificate qualification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
