Projecthaus PLT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand partnerships, and create new opportunities for our education consultancy and corporate services. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong networking skills, business acumen, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, corporate clients, and partners
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract students and clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business expansion areas
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, industry expos, and trade fairs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners and clients
- Achieve sales targets and business development KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Education or corporate services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for business meetings, events, and client engagements
