Job Descriptions :-
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals, implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Advertising position via selected and relevant job portal, managing the email correspondence with regards to recruitment and liaising with the hiring manager on the job interview arrangement.
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring pre-employment check; reference check and criminal record/background check for prospective appointees.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining the HR management data; update staff information and retrieving reports.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, overtime, and other related components for all employees.
- Manage all statutory administration and to ensure the payment contributions (TAX, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and etc) are submitted in a timely manner.
- Any other tasks assigned by the HOD/Superior.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of working experience in human resources or other related fields.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, payroll regulations tax, tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
