Documentation Officer / Customer Service Officer
Job Description:-
Role 1
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for daily operation process
- Assist on customs clearance and import/export documentation.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate and work together with operation supervisor and team to ensure smooth operations
Role 2
* Responding to inquiries by assisting customers through phone calls, emails, and chats.
* Addressing customer grievances and concerns promptly and effectively.
* Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions with accuracy.
* Collaborating with other departments to provide solutions for customers.
* Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention.
* Providing service information to customers.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolving any remaining issues.
* Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
* Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
* Assisting on sales and other administration duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SPM/Certificate or Diploma in any or related field
- Good computer literacy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedicated and positive attitude
- Able to work Sunday & Public Holidays
- Able to start work immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
