Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving MHub’s growth by acquiring and managing relationships with property developers, agencies, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real estate agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Present and pitch MHub’s solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align business strategies.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub’s presence in the PropTech ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for technology, real estate, and business development.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
