Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving MHub’s growth by acquiring and managing relationships with property developers, agencies, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and business development are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real estate agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Present and pitch MHub’s solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align business strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub’s presence in the PropTech ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for technology, real estate, and business development.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,384.23 - RM3,000.00 per month
