Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Consultant to join our team, specializing in promoting and selling our hair and skin facial service packages. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of hair care, skincare treatments, and the beauty industry. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending customized service packages, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultations: Provide personalized consultations to clients by assessing their hair and skin concerns, and recommending appropriate service packages for hair treatments and facials.
  • Service Package Sales: Promote and sell packages for hair services (e.g., haircuts, color treatments, styling) and skin facials (e.g., anti-aging, hydration, acne treatment), focusing on long-term beauty solutions.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of the services offered, including explaining treatment details, expected results, and aftercare.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service, follow-ups, and personalized recommendations.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals for service packages by actively engaging with clients and promoting package deals.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct product and service demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of hair treatments and facial services.
  • Maintain Service Packages: Stay updated on service offerings and any new packages or promotions available to clients.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend additional services (e.g., haircare products or skin treatment add-ons) to complement the purchased packages.
  • Client Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments for clients, ensuring optimal service availability and ensuring that their experience is seamless.
  • Client Retention: Follow up with clients post-service, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings or loyalty program participation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant, Salon Consultant, or in a similar role, specifically in selling beauty services.
  • Strong knowledge of hair care services, facials, and skincare treatments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients.
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented with the ability to meet sales goals for service packages.
  • A passion for beauty and wellness with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays based on client needs.
  • Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and hair care techniques.
  • Experience with beauty package promotions and upselling services.
  • Previous experience in customer retention and building client loyalty programs.
