  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position : Account Executive

Working hour : Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm / Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pm

Location : Impian Emas ,JB

Job Scope:

  • Invoice Preparation & Issuance – Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Payment Collection & Follow-up – Monitor outstanding payments, send reminders, and follow up with clients on overdue invoices.
  • Customer Account Reconciliation – Verify and reconcile customer payments with issued invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Record & Update AR Ledger – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receivables in the accounting system.
  • Credit Control & Aging Report – Monitor customer credit limits, review AR aging reports, and report overdue accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation – Match customer payments with bank transactions to ensure proper recording.
  • Issue Credit Notes & Adjustments – Process credit notes, refunds, or adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in Month-End Closing – Provide AR reports and ensure proper documentation for financial reporting.
  • Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders – Communicate with sales teams, finance departments, and auditors when necessary.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure AR processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Diploma and above in related
  • One year experience and above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
