Job Description

  • Invoice and billing assistance
  • Assist with daily account transaction, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger, etc
  • Trace transaction, ensure data records accurate and up to date
  • Assist cash flow forecast report and payment plan
  • Responsible for administrative support including data entry, monitor all relevant document required status report and filing.
  • Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management.
  • Correspond with suppliers on purchase orders.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Required spoken language and in writing: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting system will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in accounting is encourage to apply.
  • On the job training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently with team.
  • Meticulous, pro-active with positive and discipline attitude and willing to learn.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in logistics industry as an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill and can cooperative with team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
