Job Description
- Invoice and billing assistance
- Assist with daily account transaction, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger, etc
- Trace transaction, ensure data records accurate and up to date
- Assist cash flow forecast report and payment plan
- Responsible for administrative support including data entry, monitor all relevant document required status report and filing.
- Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management.
- Correspond with suppliers on purchase orders.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Required spoken language and in writing: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting system will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in accounting is encourage to apply.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Able to work independently with team.
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive and discipline attitude and willing to learn.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in logistics industry as an added advantage.
- Good communication skill and can cooperative with team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
