Projecthaus PLT is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to our Director. This role involves managing daily operations, scheduling, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and willing to travel internally and externally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients
- Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion
- Assist in strategic business operations, project coordination, and task follow-ups
- Represent the Director in meetings, events, and business engagements as needed
- Arrange and oversee logistics for business-related travel, both locally and internationally
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business management tools
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internally and externally as required for business needs
