Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise displays and stock replenishment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper product placement.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote special events or promotions.
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Involved QC and postage product.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or fashion experience preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
