Marketing Manager
Overview
As the Marketing Manager for MDC , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and strengthen customer loyalty in China’s competitive fintech market. This role requires deep expertise in the fintech industry, a strong understanding of China market dynamics, and proficiency in digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for the China Fintech market, leveraging in-depth research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
· Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns, ensuring content is localized, compliant, and optimized for maximum ROI.
· Enhance Client's brand presence in the China Fintech market by creating culturally relevant and compliant content while establishing partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and media outlets.
· Drive client acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals in collaboration with sales and customer support teams.
· Ensure compliance with China’s fintech regulations and advertising guidelines, keeping all marketing activities in line with local laws and industry standards.
· Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve campaign success, collaborating with global teams to share insights and best practices while managing external agencies and vendors for high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry.
· Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns in the China market.
· Strong expertise in China digital marketing platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, Douyin).
· Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
· Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
· Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
