Job Description:
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating office administrative duties and procedures.
- Oversee facility management, including maintaining fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocations, office access cards, phone and door systems, and utilities.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, basic accounting, and data entry.
- Manage online sales platforms by posting products and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Provide daily support to the Sales department, including assigning leads, preparing monthly reports, and creating invoices.
- Assist customers by providing product knowledge and handling requests for DC4 drawings and quotations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of assigned reports and schedule weekly team meetings.
- Monitor the company email and handle customer queries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
-Perform shop visits in shopping malls in Sabah.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office correspondence, supplies, meeting room bookings, and preparation.
- Welcome and communicate with local and overseas visitors, including business partners, vendors, and customers.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize company events, staff refreshments, and general administrative support.
- Maintain and update office systems and databases.
- Support corporate marketing activities to promote the company's image.
- Perform general office duties as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Enter data into the AccPac system, including stock balances, material usage, and e-Leave for production staff.
- Assist the Accounts and HR departments.
- Manage office stationery and courier arrangements.
- Track expiry dates for certificates, approvals, road taxes, etc.
- Consolidate and summarize staff attendance.
- Book transportation for sales deliveries.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
