  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Human Resources Function:

  • Recruitment: Champion end-to-end recruitment efforts for manpower supply in the logistics industry. Use recruitment tools, social media, and HR systems to attract and hire top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and implement onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Other HR-related tasks: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

2. Communication: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and support company events, meetings, social media and training sessions.

3. Business Operations Support: Collaborate with the operations team to achieve manpower supply goals and support marketing efforts for recruitment and employee branding.

4. Travel & Coordination: Travel within Klang Valley as required to visit hubs, employees, clients, and other relevant locations.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Must have at least 6 months of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, manpower supply, or the gig industry is a huge plus.
  • Possess a valid D license.
  • Own a car and be willing to travel around Klang Valley.
