- Organizing the schedule of the Director's
- Communicating on behalf of the Director's to other staff members and/or clients as needed
- Writing memos, emails and letters as needed
- Accompanying the Director's to on-site/ off site meetings as requested
We are seeking a detail oriented and organized personal assistant to provide support to the Director’s in managing his daily workload. Candidates are required to possess the following:
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Language required: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken and Written)
- Skills required: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Confidentiality
- Able to process sensitive data and handle all correspondence and dictation with integrity and confidentiality
- Able to build rapport with clients, vendors and other individuals either in person or in writing
- Always maintain a professional attitude
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license
- Able to travel when requested
- Able to work extra hours if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
