  • Communicating on behalf of the Director's to other staff members and/or clients as needed
  • Writing memos, emails and letters as needed

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized personal assistant to provide support to the Director’s in managing his daily workload. Candidates are required to possess the following:

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Language required: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken and Written)
  • Skills required: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Confidentiality
  • Able to process sensitive data and handle all correspondence and dictation with integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to build rapport with clients, vendors and other individuals either in person or in writing
  • Always maintain a professional attitude
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license
  • Able to travel when requested
  • Able to work extra hours if required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
