  • Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees’ rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns;
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with employee bodies.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment documents.
  • Candidate must at least minimum 3 years HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll processing. Proven experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition.
  • Fluent in Mandarin , English, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
