Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees’ rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns;
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with department supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with employee bodies.
Conduct background checks and verify employment documents.

Candidate must at least minimum 3 years HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll processing. Proven experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition.
Fluent in Mandarin , English, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
