FRONT OFFICE - ASSISTANT
A front desk position typically involves being the first point of contact for visitors and guests, both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities may include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments and reservations, handling inquiries and providing information, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, front desk personnel may assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing correspondence, and coordinating office supplies. It is important for front desk staff to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as they often serve as the face of the organization. Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
