- Prepare and submit applications for work permits, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new foreign workers, including accommodation and welfare arrangements.
- Coordinate medical check-ups, insurance applications, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle inquiries from foreign workers and provide necessary administrative support.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all related documents.
- Assist in salary preparation, including payroll processing for foreign workers.
- Ensure accuracy in wage calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, or other relevant deductions).
- Coordinate with the finance or HR department to ensure timely salary payments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
