  • Coordinate medical check-ups, insurance applications, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle inquiries from foreign workers and provide necessary administrative support.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for all related documents.
  • Assist in salary preparation, including payroll processing for foreign workers.
  • Ensure accuracy in wage calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, or other relevant deductions).
  • Coordinate with the finance or HR department to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
