Job Description: HR & Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Statutory Contributions

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Handle monthly statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

2. Employee Attendance & Claims Management

  • Maintain and update timesheets, leave records (AL, MC), and staff attendance.
  • Process employee claims in compliance with company policies.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations and workplace maters effectively.

4. Logistics & Administrative Support

  • Arrange accommodation and transport for upper management and staff attending business meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for HR and finance-related functions.

5. HR & Finance System Management

  • Proficient in using Kakitangan.com for payroll, leave, and HR processes.

6. SST Handling & Submission

  • Manage, prepare, and submit SST (Sales & Service Tax) reports in compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensure timely SST payments and maintain proper financial records for audits and reporting.
  • Liaise with government authorities and auditors regarding SST maters.

7. General Support & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in any committee or ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.
  • A great team player in assisting the HR team, including supporting onsite HR operations when required.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, and finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Experience in payroll processing, claims management, and HR administration.
  • Proficient in using Kakitangan.com or similar HR software.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset to support onsite HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
