Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via outbound calls
- Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
- Respond to and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience is needed!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
