Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via outbound calls
  • Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
  • Respond to and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience is needed!
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
