Job Requirements:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring payments are processed timely and accurately.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial records and documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, regulatory departments, contractors, and customers.
  • Handle other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Provide weekly payment and collection forecasts.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable activities to ensure all payments are accounted for and received on time.
  • Verify that all received documents are checked, validated, and appropriately matched.
  • Undertake any other work as required and authorized by the superior.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Employer Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and controls.
  • Possess an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications is preferred.
  • Experience in audit is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL systems is an added advantage.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
