Job Requirements:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring payments are processed timely and accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial records and documents.
- Liaise with internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, regulatory departments, contractors, and customers.
- Handle other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Provide weekly payment and collection forecasts.
- Perform Accounts Receivable activities to ensure all payments are accounted for and received on time.
- Verify that all received documents are checked, validated, and appropriately matched.
- Undertake any other work as required and authorized by the superior.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Employer Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and controls.
- Possess an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications is preferred.
- Experience in audit is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL systems is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
