TENDER ASSISTANT

  • Responsible for supporting the overall tender process by assisting in the preparation andsubmission of tender document
  • Daily checking ITB, RFQ or any inquiries on SMARTGEP, Ariba, Email and etc
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather information and analyzing tender specifications
  • Assist on prepare quotation through Email for Lapasar and Dropee inquiries
  • Conducting research on potential clients and competitors
  • Other duty assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum STPM / Diploma In Business / Bachelor in BusinessAdministration / Supply Chain Management / any relatedfield

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Possessed at least 2 years of Procurement department
  • Can work under pressure / Multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication
  • Fast learner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently / with team
  • Can work without supervision
  • Good at English (Reading and Writing)

SALARY

  • RM1,700.00 -RM2,500.00
  • Negotiable
