TENDER ASSISTANT
- Responsible for supporting the overall tender process by assisting in the preparation andsubmission of tender document
- Daily checking ITB, RFQ or any inquiries on SMARTGEP, Ariba, Email and etc
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather information and analyzing tender specifications
- Assist on prepare quotation through Email for Lapasar and Dropee inquiries
- Conducting research on potential clients and competitors
- Other duty assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Minimum STPM / Diploma In Business / Bachelor in BusinessAdministration / Supply Chain Management / any relatedfield
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Possessed at least 2 years of Procurement department
- Can work under pressure / Multi-tasking
- Excellent communication
- Fast learner
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently / with team
- Can work without supervision
- Good at English (Reading and Writing)
SALARY
- RM1,700.00 -RM2,500.00
- Negotiable
