Electrical Executive
1. To plan, perform, lead and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance, work order scheduling, planning, system operation and inspection, conducting economic analysis and improvement especially in the electrical & building mechanical section;
2. Responsible to maintain, install and trouble-shoot the factory electrical supply and reticulation system, fire system, building, goods lift system, standby generator system, electrical main supply system & process support system (wwtp, steam boiler, etc) on a continuous basis;
3. Monitor the factory in-coming electrical supply and distribution system;
4. Liaison with authorities, consultants, contractors, building management and development team in matters relating to electrical supply (TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga) building structural defects, discrepancy in electricity and water charges, sewerage maintenance, proposal on upgrading works, defects works an breakdown.
5. Ensure all relevant laws, statues and regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied;
6. Handle electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition & ensure building electrical is maintained effectively and comply with Energy Commission requirements and any related authority’s requirements;
7. Ensure that all company rules and regulation are comply with all times while at workplace, including safety housekeeping of workplace and while maintenance work is being performed;
8. Prepare performance utilization reports and analysis, cost saving initiative proposal, ensuring identified projects are delivered on time and within budget with optimal utilization of resources and productivity;
9. Review and verify the drawings, BQs and contract and make recommendations of upgrading standards;
10. Responds quickly to emergency situations and to be 24 hours on-call duty and carry out responsibility as directed;
11. Ensure all activities and procedure are performed meeting the specification of ISO standard and Occupational Safety & Healthy (OSHA) requirement;
12. Supervise activities of any contractors at workplace, especially in relation to the electrical safety works;
13. Support and assist Facility Manager or Superior;
a. In day-to-day operation activities
b. Guide and monitor activities of any contractors at workplace, especially in relation to the electrical safety system works.
c. Maintaining the 5’s in the electrical areas.
d. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
e. Carry out any other task that assigned from the superior time to time.
14. To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
