  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree Engineering in Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Electrical & Instrumentation in tendering is preferred.
  • Experience in tendering & PETRONAS SMART GEP System.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and work under pressure in meeting deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Head in tender and quotation preparation but not limited to attend the site visit, proposal preparation (Technical/Commercial).
  • Able to submit any proposal in SMART GEP, SUS, ARIBA, etc.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, comparing prices to obtain the most ideal supply options.
  • Conduct strategic negotiations with vendors/suppliers and multi-sourcing activities to minimize costs.
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation and technical specification to comply with projects requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
