· To handle all guest/visitor/purchaser enquiries and reception duties

· To handle daily mail/deliveries/couriers

· To attend all incoming/outgoing calls properly and courteously

· To keep the reception counter and the surrounding area clean & tidy

· To setup and maintain digital filing system including drawing and plan

· To undertake and handle the administrative works include photocopying/scanning of materials, and etc.

· To prepare production staff advance & salary related documentation

· To prepare the quotation, invoice, supplier payment voucher and OR etc when needed

· To update the progress claim, payment list and supplier invoice price when needed

· To process orders for factory material and accessories based on client requests

· To verify client order details, including item ID and quantity

· To coordinate with suppliers or internal departments for accessory procurement.

· To check stock levels regularly to ensure sufficient inventory

· To record and update stock in (incoming goods) and stock out (dispatched items) accurately and based on real-time stock availability

· To report low stock levels and request restocking as needed

· To identify missing, damaged, or misplaced stock and report findings

· To ensure proper storage and labelling of stock for easy tracking

· To ensure correct items are packed and delivered according to order specifications

· To communicate with clients/suppliers regarding order status and any potential issues

· To check, update inside group and check staff attendance daily

· To identify and report late arrivals or absences of staff daily

· To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by your superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
