Overview of the Position:

You will play a pivotal role in representing and promoting our brand's values, products, and mission to our customers. You will serve as both a trusted beauty advisor and a passionate advocate for BEYUL. You will interact with agents or customers, sharing your expert knowledge of our skincare products and treatments, highlighting their benefits, and providing personalized consultations. Additionally, you will support product launches and events to enhance brand visibility, and assist in organizing beauty workshops and training sessions nationwide.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

  • Brand Ambassador: Provide personalized consultation and service to agents or customers through product knowledge sharing and skincare expertise.
  • Personalized Consultations: Provide personalized beauty consultations based on skin type, preferences, and concerns.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with agents and customers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Product Launches & Events: Assist in new beauty products launches and related beauty events to build brand visibility.
  • Workshops & Training: Assist in running beauty workshops and trainings nationwide to build brand authority and customer loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Build beauty and skincare guides/tutorials to assist salesforce to drive brand growth. Demonstrate the proper use of products through hands-on demonstrations and tutorials.
  • Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors, contributing flexibly to organizational needs.

  • Certification or diploma in cosmetology is a plus.
  • Experience in beauty, skin care, or cosmetic products will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. This role is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise clients effectively
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support different branches or company events/activities.

  • Annual Leave starts from 18 days.
