  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

An international pharmaceutical company renowned for its leading market of aesthetic dermatology products and service solutions is actively seeking a talented Key Relationship Manager to manage and nurturing relationships with key accounts, promote the company’s products, provide expertise on product features and benefits, ensuring client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives and needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company goals and drive growth within assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts to expand product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities in the aesthetic industry.
  • Analyse results, and report findings to senior management.
  • Implement initiatives to improve account performance and increase client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure tailored solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate training sessions and product demonstrations for key accounts.
  • Negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Science, or Marketing related field.
  • Preferable related Sales Experience in Aesthetic industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets for min 5 years preferably in a related industry
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic products and market trends
  • Demonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at the highest level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across the organizational.
  • Willing travel to outstation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
