Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure business operations run smoothly, including but not limit to facility maintenance, office supply procurement, renewal of insurance, renew authority certifications (CIBD, MOF and etc), renew membership of associations and .
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and official documentation.
  • Maintain and update company records, contracts, and project files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist senior management with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Support the project management team with documentation, approvals, and procurement processes.
  • Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and client agreements.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support for HR activities.
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and performance evaluation documentation.
  • Monitor office expenses, process invoices, and support budgeting activities.
  • Arrange business travel, accommodations, and logistics for project site visits.
  • Organize company meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
