Job Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across 3-4 clubs, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a strong sales culture. This role involves leading and coaching sales teams, working closely with Club Managers, and collaborating with the Cluster Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fitness sales, team management, and multi-club sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned clubs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance trends, adjusting strategies to maximize
  • membership growth.
  • Ensure the sales process is executed effectively, from lead generation to closing
  • sales.
  • Work with Club Managers to drive local marketing initiatives to generate leads

2. Team Leadership & Training

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to club-level sales teams, ensuring high
  • performance.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer
  • engagement.
  • Motivate sales teams to meet and exceed individual and club-level KPIs.
  • Ensure sales teams adhere to the Believe Fitness sales approach and deliver a
  • high standard of customer service.

3. Multi-Club Sales Management

  • Oversee sales performance across 3-4 clubs, ensuring consistency and best
  • practices are followed.
  • Work closely with Club Managers to monitor team productivity and implement
  • corrective actions where needed.
  • Align with the Cluster Manager on regional sales targets and business growth
  • strategies.

4. Membership Growth & Retention

  • Drive membership acquisition efforts, ensuring lead conversion rates are
  • maximized.
  • Monitor and improve member retention strategies, collaborating with Club
  • Managers and Fitness Coaches.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the member experience and increase referrals.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track and report sales performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, new
  • memberships, renewals).
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Cluster Manager, identifying
  • trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights to optimize pricing strategies and sales packages.

6. Cross-Department Collaboration (Digital & Marketing planning and

activities)

  • Work with the HQ team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation
  • efforts.
  • Align with Sales and Fitness teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide input on corporate partnerships and outreach programs to expand
  • membership sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness, retail,
  • or service industry.
  • Proven experience in multi-location sales operations and team leadership.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • High adaptability and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
