Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and merchandise.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new merchandise.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification SPM
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
