Role Overview:
As a Marketing Intern at Instapay, your main responsibility will be to analyze competitors' social media strategies and identify areas where Instapay can enhance its marketing efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in social media analysis, trend spotting, and content strategy development within the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze the social media content and campaigns of competitors in the fintech space, identifying trends, successful tactics, and areas for improvement.
- Market Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to suggest new and innovative ways to engage our audience.
- Content Strategy Recommendations: Provide insights and suggestions on how Instapay can improve its content, visuals, and messaging across different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Social Media Audit: Assist in evaluating Instapay’s current social media performance and compare it with industry benchmarks to assess effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Improvement: Support the marketing team in developing social media campaigns by providing recommendations based on competitor insights, audience preferences, and market trends.
- Content Creation Support: Assist in the creation of content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns, ensuring it aligns with the latest trends and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to implement your findings into actionable strategies and improve engagement.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field of study (preferred).
- Strong interest in social media marketing, competitor analysis, and fintech.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from competitor activities and market trends.
- Strong communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools) a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in social media management or marketing internships is a plus, but not required.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
