We are expanding our team and looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer cum Project Manager to lead product innovation and oversee custom client projects.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer cum Project Manager to conceptualize, design, and manage the development of custom gift products and merchandise. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to create innovative and trending designs that appeal to our customers. Additionally, you will manage client projects, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to final delivery. Your creativity and project management skills will play a key role in driving revenue growth and setting our products apart from competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design & Development:

  • Research and design unique, high-quality custom gift products and merchandise that align with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Create mockups, design concepts, and prototypes for new products.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and quality control.
  • Stay updated on design trends, printing techniques, and materials to improve product offerings.
  • Develop ready-made templates for quick orders and campaign.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage custom gift projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with sales and clients to understand their requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Ensure quality assurance checks are conducted before product delivery.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop product branding and promotional content.
  • Provide input for social media and advertising campaigns by suggesting visually appealing and marketable products.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones with internal teams and clients.

Innovation & Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing product lines.
  • Experiment with different materials, packaging, and printing techniques to enhance product uniqueness.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve product functionality and design aesthetics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably in gift merchandise, printing, or packaging.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous product designs and creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
  • Experience with project management and handling client requirements.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, UV printing, sublimation) is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
