Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supplies procurement.
  • Coordinate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
  • Support commercial team in day-to-day operations
  • Will be responsible for handling both B2B and B2C customer related service requests.
  • Must approach all matters in a non-biased and professional manner.
  • Able to adapt quickly on a fast-paced environment. Passionate & quick in learning new tools to improve own’s efficiency in managing daily tasks.
  • Create and manage all client documents – Scope of Work, billings, presentation deck. Oversee systematic organization and maintenance of files and documents to ensure easy reference and tracking
  • Manage data entry and update client account information into a CRM system and maintain physical filing systems for documents related to client accounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.

· Applicant must be fluent in English.

· Experience in e-commerce or employee rewards platform operations would be good.

· Experience in fast paced and startup environment will be valuable.

· Experienced in insurance industry and employee flex benefits space is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
