1. CAIE External Examination

· To execute all pre, current and post examination records.

· To assist in all phone enquiries/walk in/Email enquiries pertaining CAIE Exams of current and future students.

· To follow-up private candidate (home school/individual) for registration as a private candidate.

· To execute for the announcement in Education Management System My Message pertaining to CAIE registration exam.

· To execute - data entry of registration of students for CAIE exams (Lower Secondary Checkpoint / Primary Checkpoint / IGCSE / A-Levels) in CIE Direct online tools.

· To execute the download and distribution of electronic of statement of entry to all students registered.

· To execute - collect data of forecast results and do the data entry via CIE Direct online tools.

· To carry out all access arrangement/exemptions needed for Checkpoint / IGCSE /A-Levels examination.

· To execute of CAIE timetable creating, exam venue and assign invigilator.

· To do planning / executing and documentation for all CAIE exam seating plan / seating arrangement / exam attendance & exam papers sorting.

· To prepare manual CAIE exam attendance for the subject component during the not receiving the attendance from CAIE.

· To execute on conducting CAIE exam invigilation.

· To do on posting and parcel monitoring of examination scripts / exam related documents posted to CAIE.

· To executing on send results login-ID to candidate via email.

· To executing – download and distribution of online results to all students-after result are published.

· To executing – on CAIE exam analysis for IGCSE and A Level.

· To executing – distribute the certificate and statement of results-after received documents from CAIE.

· To executing – process refund documentation related to CAIE exams.

· Managing examination days in accordance with awarding body regulations, including preparing for each exam day, staring an examination, dealing with emergencies, irregularities and malpractice, ending the examination, collecting the examination scripts and packing and dispatching examination scripts.

2. Internal Exam Processes

· To execute the collation of all pre and post examination related documentation

· To participate in examination board meeting.

· To execute exam minute meeting.

· To received and stored / distribute the confidentiality of exam paper.

· To do collection and compilation of all examination consignment, examination attendance and other documents in each examination process.

· To do collection and compilation records of all subject report and subject mark sheet from all subject teachers.

· To do collection and compilation records of class mark sheet and year mark sheet for Pre-school, Primary, Secondary, IGCSE and A-Level.

· To received and compilation the entire process of student progress report generation and distribution post all internal examinations report card day.

· To do compilation / filing for all internal examination – EMS exam paper submission form, EMS download for exam paper & mark scheme, Exam consignment and exam.

· To assist in all phone enquiries/ walk in / Email enquiries pertaining to CAIE Exams of current and future students.

3. Others

· To do data entry of timetable, academic calendar, IGCSE / A Level results in EMS.

· To reset password in EMS (Students / Parents).

· Checked information in EMS during urgency for superior / parents.

· To report / follow up to developer on EMS issue.

· To do Ad-hoc work given by the HOD from time to time.

· To assist organization of all SJIS events namely Academic Awards Ceremony, Sports Day,

· Cross Country Run, Carnival, Reports card Day and many more.
