Purpose of the role:
To carry out pre and post C360 GO-LIVE tasks.
Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Business Development Unit, Security, C360 Implementation team, ATME, Helpdesk, ATME Warehouse, ATM Operations, CSA, Cash Planning, ESS
External:
- Riggers, Customer (Retailers or Bankers), Vendors, Suppliers
Key Accountabilities:
1) Pre C360 GO-LIVE tasks:
- Site survey and create report
- Staging of machines (whenever required)
- Installation
- Training of customer
- Cash drop test
- Support GO-LIVE
2) Post C360 GO-LIVE tasks:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Second Line Maintenance (24x7 for selected customers)
- Relocation/Termination
3) Other projects/responsibilities:
- Standby for C360 events
- Mass retrofit/inspection on install base
- Cassette and Lock related projects/tasks (whenever required)
- Any other initiatives directed by the company’s Management
Formal Education:
- Possess at least a Certificate in Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
Experience:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the technical fields (IT, mechatronics maintenance).
- Preferably past experience related to local financial institutions.
- Experience of banking self-service terminals is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
