Key Responsibilities:

 Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, recruitment databases, and employee referrals.

 Job Postings: Support in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and aligned with business needs.  Screening Resumes: Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and create shortlists based on qualifications and job requirements.

 Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

 Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have a positive experience.

 Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.

 On boarding Support: Assist in the on boarding process, including preparing on boarding documents, tracking new hire progress, and organizing orientation schedules.  Recruitment Reports: Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline updates.

 HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including organizing candidate files, maintaining recruitment records, and handling ad-hoc tasks.

 Market Research: Assist with competitor analysis and market research on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 per month
