  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will play important role in :

  • Assist prepare and follow up on quotations, artworks & new projects development with Sales.
  • Coordinate with customers, customer service (CS) and operations team while Sales is not available. Collaborate with internal team to ensure timely delivery for sample & MP, complaints to update to Sales.
  • Manage and update the Sales database.
  • Handle emails, phone calls and correspondences related to sales activities while Sales Executive is not available.
  • Maintain and organized filing system for all sales-related documents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Previous experience in a marketing and sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in achieving sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
