KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Invoice Processing

  • Inputting, verifying and issuing invoices to customers or clients, ensuring they're accurate and comply with company standards.

2.Accounts Payable / Receivable

  • Managing and processing outgoing payments (account payable) and incoming payments (account receivable).

3. Bank Reconciliation

  • Matching up bank statements with company records, making sure all transactions are correctly recorded.

4. Bookkeeping

  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

5. Financial Reporting

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports such as profit or loss statements.

6. General Administrative Task

  • Organizing files, maintaining financial records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.

REQUIREMENT :

  • Posses accountancy certificate & qualification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communication : Being able to clearly communicate with other departments or external
  • Familiarity with accounting software - Autocount etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
