KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Invoice Processing
- Inputting, verifying and issuing invoices to customers or clients, ensuring they're accurate and comply with company standards.
2.Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Managing and processing outgoing payments (account payable) and incoming payments (account receivable).
3. Bank Reconciliation
- Matching up bank statements with company records, making sure all transactions are correctly recorded.
4. Bookkeeping
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
5. Financial Reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports such as profit or loss statements.
6. General Administrative Task
- Organizing files, maintaining financial records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
REQUIREMENT :
- Posses accountancy certificate & qualification
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication : Being able to clearly communicate with other departments or external
- Familiarity with accounting software - Autocount etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
