Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. To assist timely and accurate administration and coordination of all matters relating to payroll function, including contributions to government bodies such as EPF,SOCSO, PCB, HRDF (if needed) and other statutory payments.

2. Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.

3. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data and compliance with company policies.

4. Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.

5. To assist in organizing and implementing welfare and other programs, including those related to productivity, safety, recreation, and quality for the company.

6. To assist in implementing and coordinating training programs, both internal and external, as well as maintaining and updating all training records.

7. To assist with foreign worker matters (renewal permit, FOMEMA,etc.)

8. To assist with all administrative work related to promotion, recruitment, leave, transfer, and termination of workers.

9. To assist in developing and maintaining a good working rapport between management and employees.

10. To assist in maintaining and updating personal file & records for all staff.

11. Prepare reports for management regarding payroll expenses, hours worked, and other related data.

12. Familiarity with Infotech HRMS systems is an advantage.

13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1.Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Non-Executive, specializing in Payroll/Human Resource Support or equivalent.

3.Able to work independently, self-motivated and a team player, with good interpersonal and strong communication skills.

4.Have good organizational skills, a proactive mindset, detailed oriented, and ability to multitask and prioritize work with a high sense of urgency.se or urgency.
