Job Description:

  • To conduct daily monitoring of arrival and departure time of transport;
  • To monitor drivers track record through GPS (if available) on speed limit and other violations;
  • To ensure all drivers possess driving license & PSV valid at all time during their service;
  • All running buses and vans must be in good running condition at all time;
  • To ensure all transport are equipped with safety equipments such as cone, triangular signage, first aid kit and fire extinguisher;
  • To monitor the capacity of transport to optimise seating capacity;
  • To conduct safety audit on vehicles and drivers at specific intervals;
  • To coordinate transport arrangement for new route or sending candidates for interview;
  • To provide fast response and arrangement on non pickup or missed pickup workers;
  • Can be contacted by hand phone at all time;
  • To enforce and monitor drivers discipline to ensure punctuality and prevent lateness and to conduct investigation for any occurrences;
  • Bus Number/Routing Signage for easy indication
  • To ensure drivers perform their daily inspection before departure (to comply to local authority requirements
  • Daily updates on routing
  • Update customers from time-to-time as required by customer’s requirements.
  • Ensure coordination with workshop personnel for any breakdowns and follow up to ensure timely exchange.
  • Update driver’s details on a timely basis.
  • Extra trip information & tracking
  • Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
  • Comply with Quality Policy and other policy, which are enforced by Company.

Authority:

  • Instruct drivers to submit report and go on routes.

Job Requirement:

  • Computer knowledge: Excel & Word
  • Able to work in early morning
  • Able to work in min. supervision
