  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Authorities

  • Perform server maintenance, system installation, system documentation, and patch update / management.
  • Monitor and support the IT infrastructure and connectivity of WAN / LAN / Network.
  • Monitor and support Firewall, Load Balancer, Hypervisor, Storage, Network Security, Email Service, Antivirus solution, and Anti-spam solution.
  • Managing day-to-day IT operations to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Perform support within service level obligations and with minimal downtime.
  • Assist in architecture designs for future development and configuration.
  • Schedule and perform maintenance of network infrastructure as a part of the business recovery plans.
  • Ensure service level adherence and customer service satisfaction.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve the systems / services.
  • Being part of the software development team involved in analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
  • Develop and maintaining web application, web services and window application based on tasks requirement.
  • Good coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Immediate starter will possess and edge.
  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in software related roles.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, Server 2012 and above, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, WSUS, Active Directory, DNS, Hypervisor, Terminal Service, Network Management, OA software, Microsoft Office 365, WAN, LAN switches, Firewall, Network Optimisation, Load Balancer, VPN, Internet Technologies, HTML, JQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
