  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Responsible for overall repair and maintenance of AHU Air Conditioning, Chiller system, Compressor system and Cooling Tower system;

2. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance and to ensure all the control equipment are on maximum operating efficiency in term of energy saving;

3. To maintain all the air conditioning plant in satisfactory condition for safe operating;

4. To perform general cleaning, service and preventive maintenance by referring to schedule checklist, to reduce to a minimum downtime;

5. Ensure all relevant laws, statues and regulations relating to air conditioning, compressor, cooling tower and chiller system and installation are complied;

6. Report any potential problems in the equipment and facility to superior and take remedial action;

7. Ensure that all company rules and regulation are comply with all times while at workplace, including safety housekeeping of workplace and while maintenance work is being performed;

8. Periodic inspection on the Cooling Tower and flush condensate as recommended by chemical treatment contractor and service maintenance;

9. To be 24 hours on-call duty and carry out responsibility as directed;

10. Ensure all activities and procedure are performed meeting the specification of ISO standard;

11. Support and assist Facility Manager or Superior;

a. In day-to-day operation activities

b. Maintaining the 5’s in the AHU, air-conditioning, chiller and cooling tower areas.

c. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

d. Carry out any other task that assigned from the superior time to time.

12. To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
