  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle full set account or semi-full set account timely accordance to the timeline.
  • To ensure the account entries recorded in the system are properly checked.
  • Issue and verify sales invoices and payment vouchers.
  • To ensure timely preparation of payments for all purchases, including the Director’s monthly general expenses payment arrangement.
  • Monitor bank balance/cash flow position and fund placement.
  • Maintain proper filling and accurate entry in the system.
  • Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting,
  • Minimum with 1year relevant working experiences in construction industry.
  • Attention to detail, acting integrity, independence, and willing to accept new things.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft and task management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Energetic, positive, and good team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
