Admin executive
Key responsibilities may include:
Customer service: Answering phone calls, greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
Appointment scheduling: Coordinating service appointments with customers and technicians.
Invoice processing: Generating repair invoices, managing payments, and following up on outstanding bills.
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate customer data, repair records, and vehicle history
Data entry: Inputting customer information, repair details, and other relevant data into the dealership management system
Billing and collections: Ensuring timely payment collection and managing outstanding invoices
Compliance management: Adhering to industry regulations and dealership policies regarding documentation and record keeping
Office management: Overseeing general office functions like filing, supply management, and staff coordination
Skills and qualifications for an automotive administration role:
-Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
-Proficiency in automotive dealership management systems
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entryKnowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is beneficial
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
